PGP key-signing tutorial

There were two people who had added themselves to the key ring for this event, but none of them were present. There were a handful of people actually at the session, but they didn't have keys to sign, but was instead interested in the advertised PGP tutorial. The presenter didn't give a full presentation on the subject, but had brought a presentation he had made in early 2008 called "Total Encryption", giving an overview of encryption technology in general and it had some slides about PGP, which he reused.
